What a semester

In the being of the semester I was really to give it everything to this class, and hearing Mr. Wu saying you need to work hard or go home. I like his attitude and I learn a lot about using World, Excel, and PowerPoint. My experience on IS-101 was not a every good the past semester, but having Mr. Wu as a teacher was every grateful. I my not pass MOS Word but I pass Excel, and PowerPoint. With one week to finish 18 PowerPoint project it was hell getting out at 2 am from work and trying to finish them it was well worth it. 

I wanted to thank Mr. Wu for this patient and this time that he give us an the motivation to finish all the projects. An how to finish strong and push to the last mile.

End of the semester

In the beginning of the semester I was nervous. Thinking about the class and how it was going to be. From the first class Mr. Wu was straight with us "you work hard I will help you". That bring my nerves down. No matter how is the class I don't stop going to the end, passing or failing the class no matter I know I did my best. Today I pass one of the exam MOS Excel Exam. I was not that lucky with words exam but I learn a lot. Moving forward to power point last changes.

Thanksgiving break

It was a busy week being at home with my kids and family calling for help, me working on my truck. One of my cousin asking for some table and chairs. Mom boyfriend asking if I can help him with a power steering pump and after that we found his water leak for over a year. An my brother oil change on his car. Me working on my trucks. But Thanksgiving dinner was every good everybody was there nobody fought and everybody was just talking, good dinner. Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving.

Passion

Working, School and family could be very stressful but one thing I like to do to take that stress out. Work on my car and weld and think, what can I do. I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 that I'm working on changing the intake manifold gasket and the valve cover gasket. It may be a lot of work but it take my stress out and plus is fun.
 My passion for car is a blessing I have learn a lot about engine and how they work.

Leaving LA

Growing up in LA by Compton AVE on 52th street. Living there was okay we all had fun playing out side with our neighbors. But one thing we had to watch out for gang-members. When the night hit we can hear drive-byes and helicopter around of our neighborhood or even in our neighborhood. One of the things I tell people that I left on the age of 13 to Nebraska. I guess that was a good thing of leaving LA. I see my cousin they are gang-member and they always watching their back how can they live like that. One of them got shoot on a drive-by. He got luck, but living there is no joke.

Camping

Growing up I always remember my uncle, coming to our house and saying "come on kids we going camping". we would get our stuff ready and go. It was always nice being outdoor camping and fishing. This weekend was very nice being with the family and friend going camping taking the kids outdoor at Lake Mead. The had fun playing around and walking to the lake and just being outdoor.

Car A/C System

We all have a car and the A/C unit breaks down and the heat is around the corner. WHAT DO WE DO ? We take it to a shop to get it fix, Right. The A/C unit and the Engine is two different system. The main component of the A/C unit:

1. A/C Compressor 
2. Condenser
3. Evaporator
4. High & Low pressure holes 
5. Condenser Fan
6. Receiver Dryer 
7. Expansion Value 

Here in Nevada people can't live without A/C while driving their cars. For a replacement of all component the job come out around $1,500. YES is expensive, But for all the part it would be around 500-600, An 900-1,000 for labor. HOPE THIS HELP UNDERSTAND THE CAR  A/C SYSTEM.

Fishing

Fishing in Nebraska
Living in Nebraska there was nothing to do. After getting my my driver license and driving around country there was a lot of men-made-lake.One of the things I enjoy doing with my friends or by my self in a quite place to relax. 




Nevada fishing
Enjoying fishing and having lakes around Nevada, I’m going to try fishing out here and enjoy it see how it goes.I always been an outdoor kid and having my son it would be a good thing to do. It would get him out of the house and away from the electronics.

Career

I'm going to school for a welder degree (AAS) and I have learn lot, things that uncles, and cousin, or dad don't know. But when I talk to people and they start talking about car, telling me about the car is acting up. I start telling them what to check first and they ask me what you going to school for, So I answer welding. It fun because thinks that I tell them a mechanic have told them already. Last week I did rotor and brake change to a 88 Ford Mustang 5.0 and the caliper was bad on it. They tell me are you sure you going for welding. I enjoy working on car and welding one of the think that get my stress out.

Skateboard

 Growing up, when mom come home from work she would bring things that she didn't know what it was for. she would hand it to my brother and I, we would ask her what is this, she would reply "figure it out". It was a Skateboard we try to use and would fall, Brother didn't like it cause he got hurt.I didn't care I learn to use it. I was 8 years old when I got my first brand Skateboard work hard for it. It was one of the things I enjoy doing didn't learn a lot of tricks just the main on.

Rodney Mullen the guy who invented all the tricks on Skateboarding one of the best skateboarders.

Side jobs

Growing up I was every shy in school did not say much, and getting out of high school didn't know what I wanted to do. I move back to Cali and my uncle ask to help in the muffle shop with my cousin, I did. The way people are as a customer they are mean, I told my self maybe is not for me to learn this business.

But I was wrong look at me know doing side jobs.some of the things I enjoy doing.





This is some of the project I have done. No matter how hot it is or how cold, As long as I need to weld I'm there. Yes wife gets mad but I enjoy it. Hobby and making money.

Growing up my cousin had a daughter when I was 15 years old. After school I would go over almost everyday to see my niece she is a gorgeous kids I love her with all my heart. It was nice being with her as a baby. See her walk for the first time and calling me dad it was a beauty thing. I told my self when I do my life I want a daughter just like her.I know it wired to think like that at a age 15, I been through a lot growing up I didn't think like the other teenager. An god bless me with one little girl, the wired part is that she act the same way as my niece. I would never get tired of telling this story.

The love of cars

One day watching TV and seeing a commercial on this 98 Honda Accord 5 speed at 11 years old, look pretty cool and growing up with Chevy trucks. Men good memory, I love working on car and welding. I have learn a lot about cars and the way they work. The funny part is when people tells me about their cars, and then they tell me "but you a welder right". Yes I have a 98 Honda Accord and 89 Chevy S10 pickup. If it was for me I would pay more cars, but wife would get mad.  

Life

Life is every different sense your a baby then a kid and teenager to became an adult. I look back in my life growing up when I was a kid. On the weekend family use to gather around and BBQ, and we  use to play with cousin and friend while parents and aunts an uncle use to cook. After growing up family just puff to different states and different city. I really miss dough day playing in the street and screaming CAR!!!! and then play again. But the different thing we didn't have electronics to play with, All we had was bike, football, baseball, etc, one of the things I remember cops vs robber on the bike with the kids in the block. fun days LIFE. 

Getting in to welding

Getting out of high school, kids don't know what they want to do.I was one of them, being in Nebraska and out of high school. I decided to go back to Cali. My uncle have a muffle shop so I though he was going to show me how to weld. But no, The funny part is the guy that my uncle had helping him taught me to weld. After learning to weld it was a hobby know is a business and a hobby.Wanting to learn you will learn just like I'm teaching my nine year old to weld.

Family

In the world people to don't know that family come first. To be successful in life, You need to look back what you been through, and how family been straggling so you learn for them and your self. The worse part of a family is when you help them out to get in their feet and you get a stab in the back. They will always be family no matter what they do, you still help them. People have kids in the world but, making a family is not everything is how you teach your children to become better what you become. An teach them about life, That life is not easy.
